Yes, we only display your first name and zip code next to your question that will appear online. You also have the option to upload pictures, but only make them available for the Expert/Doctor to see.
Where will I see who answered my question?
When someone answers your question, we will email it to you! You can also check back online to see when new answers post.
Will the Expert or Doctor contact me personally?
With the Q&A, it’s up to you if you would like to reach out to an Expert or Doctor after they’ve answered your question. We do not give the Expert or Doctor your personal contact information, just your question. If you like an Expert or Doctor, feel free to reach out to them!
